have you seen the following behviour on your omnifocus?

When a "due date" is assigned for a task, then after "clean-up" and in the "Due-View", the task is assigned in a wrong due category.

Example:
1. Create task with due date "next week"
2. Clean up
3. Go to "Due View"
4. The same task is shown under "Due within the last week"

You may want to check whether the action's project or an action group containing that action has a due date within the last week.
