Keep Notes field Expanded? Thread Tools Search this Thread Display Modes
I'd like to find a way to keep the Notes field in the Outline fully expanded without having to "enter" it. Is there a way to do this? At least from a printing/reporting standpoint.

Thanks!

I don't know of a way to do that automatically, but I can offer two small Applescripts which when run will either expand or collapse all of the notes in the front document window. You can add them to the toolbar for ease of use.

Sadly this did not work. I'm not an AppleScript guy, do I have to change the "MyTask" to something? I tried changing it to the Task group name but to no avail.

I'm probably just being a dunce... thanks for any help you can provide!

You'll have to tell me what didn't work, as it works fine here.
