Is there already a feature to schedule a task constrained by a fixed milestone to "as latest as possible"?

Not currently, but it's something we want to add in the future.

You might be able to get what you want if you create a finish-to-finish dependency connection between the end of the milestone to the end of a task. If the milestone moves out to a date in the future the connected task would come along for the ride.
