Not sure what this is called (a type of croping I imagine).

I have an Apple (Apple computer symbol) that is transparent and I want to put it over an image and basically crop part of that image as if the apple symbol cut out part of that image which now becomes the fill of that transparent Apple, which is really nothing but a traced outline of the apple icon. Can I do that in OmniGraffle, and if yes how do I do it.
