OW shows the custom window location and size when it first launches, but if I close the window and make a new one, it will not have my custom location. This is extremely annoying as I have to reposition windows all the time. Please fix?

OW shows the custom window location and size when it first launches, but if I close the window and make a new one, it will not have my custom location. This is extremely annoying as I have to reposition windows all the time. Please fix?
