Amount of Data used to sync ? just wondering how much kb are used .

How much gas does your car need for a trip? :-)
Anywhere from a few kilobytes to several megabytes, depending on your usage patterns, database size, etc. OmniFocus is pretty good about only syncing the changes that you make, but it will occasionally compact the database to make syncing more efficient, and the syncs where that happens will use more data. Actions with big attachments will consume more data than actions without.
