Notification for due items not working

Hi,

I'm trying to figure out why I can't get notifications working. I have an iPhone 4 and the latest version of OmniFocus 1.14.1.

I have all sounds and alerts turned on in the preferences, but none of my due items ever trigger an alert.

What can I do to troubleshoot?
