When I'm selecting an action in context view, is it possible to switch to project view and still have the action selected? And vice-versa?

If not, would it be possible to have a modifier key to achieve this?

See View -> Show in (Project/Context) View

The item will be selected in the content pane of the target view. Unfortunately, there is a known bug in which the content pane is not always in focus. Sometimes the sidebar is instead.
