Just upgraded to 4.2.1 & have lost all internal linking within the document. Links that refer to other external documents or web links are just fine, however all links to other canvasses have been lost. Also, if the links are recreated in the document, they are lost when the document is saved & reopened.

These features all worked 100% before the upgrade to 4.2.1...

Anyone else experiencing these issues or any work-arounds?
