I'm wondering whether it's possible to display actions grouped by context ie. with a large title banner (in the same way that projects display)?

I'm wondering whether it's possible to display actions grouped by context ie. with a large title banner (in the same way that projects display)?

If I'm understanding you correctly, you can get what you're looking for by setting the Group By selector on the View Bar (the second one, with the brackets icon) to "Context".
