I am having problems with perspectives in build: 93107. Is anyone else?

Here is what is happening:

—I tried to delete all my perspectives that I didn't want and they keep repopulating.

—I have to invoke the perspective two times before it works. For example, I have a perspective that is hoisted on a particular project. When I first invoke the perspective, I see the correct context, sorting, etc, but the project isn't hoisted. If I push that perspective again, it works as expected.

We recently moved perpsectives out of preferences and into their own files. There is still some more work to do on this.

I managed to get them back somehow. Unclear how I did it, but I'm OK for now.
