Hi Folks,
Wasn't there an opportunity to pre-order Omnifocus until January 8th? I came back tonight to upgrade my 003 license and found that this option no longer existed. I could have sworn it was January 8th but was that not correct?

Yes, there was an opportunity to pre-order OmniFocus before the final version shipped, and we said that we would ship OmniFocus today (on January 8). We posted the final version this morning.
