Lately I've found that YouTube videos won't play in OmniWeb. They will in other browsers. They load, and display the preview image; they just don't play when the play/pause button is toggled.

OW 5.7 r97075, Flash 9.0 r115, OS 10.5.1 on x86_64.

I just tried with build 97255 with no problems. Are you up to date on your maintenance issues? I.e. repair permissions, etc.

I gave up on trying to watch YouTube videos in OW. It just ended up either not playing, or crashing part of the way through the video.

Every crash report that has anything to do with YouTube, I always put a comment about trying to watch a YouTube vid, and what happens. Don't know if anyone cares or not.

YouTube videos work fine for me in latest SP, and actually always have. Never any problems. Check your settings, prefs, etc.

Works fine here, has for a while. Smithcraft, which version of the Flash plugin do you have installed and which version of OW are you using?

I keep updating Flash every time it comes out. Also, FF and Safari play them fine, so I don't think it's a Flash issue.

But for me this isn't a problem anymore. The current SPs for 5.7 work great!
