I found OmniGraffle on my G5 a couple of months ago, looked at it, and didn't think about it until I got my usual assignment to draw 150 algorithms for a medical publisher. It made my shoulder ache to think of drawing these things in Illustrator. . .again. While I love Illustrator and FreeHand for, well, illustrations and editing other people's stuff, I am so grateful to you for developing something as straightforward as OmniGraffle. Your software has saved so much physical wear-and-tear on my body today, I don't have to spend tonight recovering from work today.

Really like the software, and am looking forward to spend more time with it on lots of future projects!
