None of the apps I downloaded on the iPhone (both free and purchased) are showing up in iTunes under Applications, just the ones I downloaded from iTunes, and I have synched. Anyone else having this problem?

None of the apps I downloaded on the iPhone (both free and purchased) are showing up in iTunes under Applications, just the ones I downloaded from iTunes, and I have synched. Anyone else having this problem?
