Parsing OmniFocus.ofocus

Hi..

Could anybody tell me howto pass the OmniFocus.ofocus file.

Firs of all e want to read all entry's in the file and then i want to add one or more entry's to the file.

Is there at howto om this or can anybody point me in the right direction??
