The Cisco-related stencils posted on Graffletopia are some of the most popular downloads on the site. Unfortunately, those stencils contain lots of high-resolution images that are difficult for an iPad to handle.

Here are versions of the stencils that have been tweaked to require much less memory. You should be able to install (http://forums.omnigroup.com/showthread.php?t=15850) any/all of them on your iPad without causing the poor thing to run out of memory and force-quit OmniGraffle. :-)

Has anyone gotten these to work? I downloaded them, then through iTunes went to Apps and Omnigraffle and clicked Add, selected the .zip files and it shows they copied over but on the iPad itself they done show up anywhere.

They don't show as stencils and they dont show as documents?

I must be doing something wrong.

Well, I downloaded them via the iPad and opened them directly and now they work. Couldn't add them via iTunes but no biggie I guess.

I just loaded the last 3 of them via iTunes without difficulty. Did you see the iPad get synced when you added the files?

Also, it appears that if you have OmniGraffle for iPad running when you add a stencil file or document via iTunes, the new material won't show up until you restart the app. That's my hunch as to what happened...

New to Omnigraffle....What's the best way to organize these or do I have to keep as separate Docs.

Right now they stay there as docs as well as stencils so that there is a way to remove them. I expect we'll see a more fully-featured UI for managing this at some point. If that's an important feature to you, use Contact Omni (under the Omni menu) to let them know...

Also, there are some tips on working with stencils in this thread: http://forums.omnigroup.com/showthread.php?t=15850
